Specification

The cottages are similar to three built by the developer in 1999 and will be built to a very high and robust standard utilizing a blend of traditional materials and methods with modern techniques. Roof coverings will be West Highland Slate and all structural timber will be of traditional size well in excess of normal modern standards. Windows and French Doors will be timber sash and case combining traditional elegance with modern double glazed comfort and performance levels. The entrance doors will be traditional substantial mortise and tenoned doors with modern draught proofing. Although a full specification is available the developer expects to work closely with purchasers to develop particular specifications to suit individual requirements.
